Refund Policy for Indian Traditional Spices

At Indian Traditional Spices, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please refer to our Refund Policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must not be on our non-refundable list (see exceptions below).

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following items:

  • Spices, herbs, and food items that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards or any promotional items.
  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Customized products (if applicable).

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at dhinesh.prabu@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order numberproof of purchase, and a brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  2. Return the Product: If your product is eligible for a refund, we may request that you return the item to us. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition, and at your own expense unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the return criteria. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact Us Immediately: Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing dhinesh.prabu@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
  • Resolution: We will either offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

6. Shipping Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the item is returned due to a change of mind or other reasons not related to a mistake on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you would need to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
