  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days for select locations (available at an additional cost).
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may vary by country, typically taking 7–15 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like product availability, location, and third-party courier services.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

  • India Orders: Enjoy free shipping on orders over INR 2,000 (conditions may apply based on your location). For orders below this value, a standard shipping fee will be added based on the weight and destination.
  • International Orders: Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination country.

3. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details of your purchase. Please note that this email confirms that your order is received but does not guarantee immediate shipment.
  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment. If there are any delays in processing, we will notify you promptly.
  • Backordered Items: If an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and offer you alternative options or an expected restock date.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all major cities in India and select international destinations.
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
